We welcome people from all walks of life, physical histories and all levels. Our Central Brighton Bikram Yoga Studio offers a convenient location allowing city inhabitants to integrate a daily yoga practice into their lives.
We
look forward to bringing Bikram Yoga to the heart of this great town. Bikram in
the Lanes will offer a welcoming and strong community. All our teachers are certified
by the Bikram Yoga College of India, and teach true to the Bikram method.
