After shedding a stressful lifestyle in dotcom, bad skin, some extra pounds, a little debauchery, a dodgy knee, bad neck and a negative attitude, I found yoga had transformed my life into a vehicle for beauty, fun, healing and lots of inspired sweating!
Having been tutored by many teachers including Bikram and Rajashree Choudhury, Sri K. Pattabhi Jois, and the Swenson brothers; I have taught in Colorado, California, Maui, Jamaica, Ibiza and London before settling upon Bikram’s request in Brighton.
I feel completely privileged to be part of the first Bikram Hot Yoga centre on the south coast and continue to be inspired daily by the miracles of yoga for myself and those around me, and by the sunshine in my life, my toddler, Roo.
