Currently available Monday and Fridays to cover the 10.00am class. BabyRock Childcare provides qualified enthusiastic care, and a nurturing environment where you can have valuable time out whilst your little one is entertained nearby.
£5.00 For children 0-10 years, bring a drink, snack, nappy as required and we will do the rest.
We will offer more classes, and weekend classes upon request – please see feedback form in reception
It is advised that you wait at least 6 weeks following surgery, otherwise come back to yoga as soon as you feel like it. We can feed your baby for you while you practice. Please avoid situps, ask us about breastfeedning modifications and make sure you let your instructor know you just had a baby!
Please let us know! Pregnancy private classes available upon request. We will advise you of a yoga practice to suit you after your first trimester.
