The heat will build strength in the immune system and sweating out infection is a good way to feel better. Throat compression postures will help a sore throat and Half Tortoise pose really unblocks a stuffy nose and sinuses. Whilst we definitely recommend you come to practice, please make sure you take tissues in with you – no wiping noses on the towel thank-you!
