Bikram Yoga is very effective when treating PMT and reproductive disorders. Some find that stretching helps with discomfort associated at that time of the month but some might find as their body temperature is naturally raised a few degrees at that time that practicing increases discomfort. Either way, your practice will help control that bloated feeling, revitalising skin whilst relaxing and energising the body and mind.
