Absolutely not! Just take it slowly and breathe. The asanas we find the most challenging are just the thing we need to heal our body. In India, yoga has been used for thousands of years as a prescription.

If you find you ‘cannot do’ a posture, then you have found your yoga; with patience, compassion and regular practice you will find the body heals and that posture becomes your new best friend!
