We also offer Free Yoga, for instance the Karma Class and Referral Scheme to make sure that everyone can benefit from Bikram Yoga however tight the budget.

We have been asked if Bikram profits from our studio. The answer is ‘No.’ Bikram Yoga Brighton is a private, local family owned studio. However, Bikram Yoga does require a very specific environment with highly trained instructors. To maximise benefits to your body the Studio is heated to a minimum 98-110 degrees. We will never scrimp on the quality of your yoga experience as we know how valuable your time on the mat is to you. We want to ensure that you have the space to breathe!
