Due to the heat, it is not recommended that you practice Bikram’s Yoga whilst pregnant (or suspect you might be pregnant) unless you are a very experienced practitioner, and even then only after the first trimester. Bikram’s wife, Rajashree has designed a series based on Bikram’s original that is suitable for pregnancy and we are happy to lend the video to you to try at home or you can visit www.bikramyoga.com to purchase your own copy. If you are already a member of Bikram Brighton, then we will put your package on hold until it is safe for you to practice. Please let us know if you are breastfeeding or practicing for the first time postnatally.
